Dr. Shawn Tierney is a leader in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Guided procedures including Stellate Ganglion Blocks and Regenerative Medicine. He has extensive knowledge of human anatomy and sonoanatomy, and has been practicing Regenerative Medicine for the past 10 years. Dr. Tierney was trained by Dr. Sean Mulvaney in 2014 to perform Ultrasound Guidance for Stellate Ganglion Blocks. Dr. Tierney has guided Dr. Goines and Dr. Maloney to perform well over 1,000 Stellate Ganglion Blocks at different clinics across the country and internationally. He is also an expert educator, teaching Ultrasound anatomy and guidance to physicians all over the world. Dr.Tierney works at both the Trinity Integrative Medical Specialists & Pacific Healing and Wellness locations.

Dr. Sandra Goines specializes in Ultrasound Guided procedures, regenerative medicine, holistic medicine, Biote hormone replacement therapy, craniosacral therapy, and has been practicing Regenerative Medicine for the past 10 years. Dr. Goines has worked with Dr.Tierney performing Stellate Ganglion Blocks over the last 8 years at Pacific Healing and Wellness in Los Alamitos, California.

Heather received her PA training at Western University of Health Sciences and also earned special certification in Surgical Specialties.
